-Ella is the manager of the Nursery, she has over 30 years of experience in childcare, 10 which are in management.

- Ella joined Bumpers from an outstanding Ofsted rated Nursery, and strives to bring the same standards and opportunities to Bumpers.

-Level 6 Early years Degree

-Designated Safeguarding Lead

-She is the lead Senco (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) with much experience of supporting families who require extra support, along with outside professionals.
